Retail Supervisor

Salary from £32,435 to £35,304 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £37,891 pa inclusive of London allowance

LSE operates a busy retail merchandise and clothing store on campus, which has recently undergone refurbishment.  The retail supervisor will jointly lead the team and contribute to the success of the operation

To complete day to day operation of the store, associated pop ups and events, liaising with our production and fulfilment partner to ensure that stock levels are maintained and predicted requirements for ordering new stock are made in good time.  To support leadership with development of new products and launches and brand partnerships.

Candidates should have strong experience within a retail environment, ideally in fashion or branded merchandise. Experience of leading teams and managing labour levels ensuring that a strong focus is maintained on customer service. Experience of visual merchandising is an advantage
