In this post, you play an important part in supporting both the UAT (University Admissions Tests)-UK team and test takers in key aspects of the candidate journey, such as bursary applications, requests for access arrangements, test booking, complaints and appeals. You will also support the Head of UG Admissions Test Development in the development and production of the tests.

Additionally, you will help to manage key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and academic representatives at the founding institutions.

What we are looking for

  • Experience of working effectively on complex projects with many stakeholders
  • Advanced IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel, and the ability to use complex processing systems and databases
  • Dedication to customer service with a continuous focus on improvement
  • A proactive attitude to work, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines

What we can offer you

  • The opportunity not only to continue your career at a world-leading institution, but to also be part of an exciting joint venture, between Imperial College London and the University of Cambridge

  • Access to a range of workplace benefits including a flexible working policy from day one, generous family leave packages, on-site leisure facilities and cycle-to-work scheme.
  • Interest-free season ticket loan schemes for travel.
  • Be part of a diverse, inclusive and collaborative work culture with various staff networks and resources to support your personal and professional wellbeing.
