The School of Education is inviting applications for a Clinic Manager at The Bounds. The Bounds was established in 2020 as a research centre and counselling service linked to the Counselling programmes at the University. The Centre provides the local community with a freely available counselling service and was established to be the venue for high quality research to inform practice, policy, theory, and education.
The Clinic Manager will have responsibility for developing and overseeing the day-to-day running of The Bounds and research activities undertaken.
Applicants should be qualified counsellors/psychotherapists with relevant post-qualification experience providing a mental health services in person and online. As such, application should have familiarity with different support and ethical working policies pertaining to in person and online therapy. In addition, applicants should ideally have a supervision qualification.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 6, £38,249 - £45,413 per annum with placement according to qualifications and experience.
