Our Capital Projects Team, within Estates Services, is delivering the University’s Minor Capital Plan - a rolling programme of over 250 live projects across the estate, with an annual budget of £30 million, increasing yearly. Project values typically range from £100k to £15m, covering a huge variety of schemes: from simple office refurbishment, to complex and technically advanced new research and collection facilities. About the Role
This is a high-impact delivery role focused on managing a cross-divisional portfolio of construction projects, typically valued between £100k and £2m. You will lead every stage from briefing and procurement to handover and post-occupancy review - working across hospital campuses, science sites, historic buildings, and academic departments.
You will manage external consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered to programme, to budget, and in line with statutory and University requirements.
