This is a fantastic opportunity for a Building Services Engineer to join the University’s Estates Directorate.
In this role you will provide professional services in mechanically biased building services engineering, including project management to the University, and provide operational support for the mechanical infrastructure and systems of all University property.
You will contribute to the delivery of targeted, operational, and planned maintenance activities for all mechanical infrastructure, plant & equipment by proactively managing specific works and projects.
As well as contribute to the development and implementation of policy and procedures relevant to the safe operation & maintenance of the mechanical building services systems.
You shall embrace digital technologies with a strong drive towards sustainability, supporting the development of smart buildings for the benefit of users, and the environment. You will assist in the planning and implementation of all mechanical maintenance projects and significant mechanical repairs, replacements and upgrades across the entire University Estate.
