The Faculty of Law, Crime and Justice is seeking to appoint to two roles as Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Forensic Investigation to support the continued growth and delivery of our forensic provision.
You will play a key role in teaching on our Forensic Investigation programme, contributing to an excellent student experience through engaging and practice-informed delivery. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in areas such as forensic biology or DNA analysis, ideally with experience relevant to current forensic practice.
In this post, you will deliver core and specialist content across a range of undergraduate modules and, where appropriate, contribute to postgraduate teaching and supervision. Supervision of undergraduate dissertations will form part of your role, along with the opportunity to develop your research profile.
If appointed at Senior Lecturer level, you will contribute to the academic leadership and future direction of forensic investigation within the department, working collaboratively to strengthen and evolve our provision.

You will be joining a collegial team committed to student success, high-quality teaching, and academic excellence. We offer an environment where you can grow professionally through mentoring, personal development opportunities, and engagement with the wider Winchester community.
