About the Role
The Employee Relations Advisor will work as part of the Employee Relations and Policy team, specifically supporting the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, helping to enhance the people management practices and the interpretation and implementation of relevant HR policies and procedures.
This is a permanent role and is primarily based at our Department W office, 81 Mile End Road, London, with a need to visit, occasional, our other sites within the London area. This role is offered with the opportunity for hybrid (i.e., a mixture of home based and office) working.
The role holder will operate with a supportive and proactive approach while providing appropriate and timely advice and guidance to managers in effectively dealing with their day-to-day people management issues.
