About the Role

This dynamic, hands-on role offers real variety and purpose. As a Facilities Support Assistant, you'll support daily operations at the Schwarzman Building, a landmark for lectures, research, exhibitions, and events.

You'll work as part of a newly forming team providing cover from 7:00am to 10:30pm, seven days a week, on a rotating shift pattern. We take a fair and flexible approach to scheduling, and a shift allowance will be paid.

This role includes basic DIY, event and lecture setups, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, carrying out compliance tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

About You

You’ll bring a professional, approachable manner with proven front-line customer service skills, strong organisation and team support abilities, basic IT proficiency with a willingness to learn new systems, a proactive and adaptable mindset with practical DIY skills, plus excellent attention to detail, reliability, and discretion.

This role does not meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa under the UK Visa & Immigration points-based system. We are therefore unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
