Salary: £27,838 – £31,459 per annum, plus shift allowance

About the Role
This is a dynamic, hands-on role with real variety and purpose. As Senior Facilities Support Assistant, you will oversee and coordinate daily operations at the Schwarzman Building - a landmark facility supporting lectures, collaborative research, exhibitions, and high-profile events.
You'll work as part of a newly forming team providing cover from 7:00am to 10:30pm, seven days a week, on a rotating shift pattern. We take a fair and flexible approach to scheduling, and a shift allowance will be paid.
This role includes supervising some facilities staff, managing event and lecture setups, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and providing excellent customer service.
About You
You’ll bring a professional, friendly approach, front-line service experience, strong organisation, basic IT skills, and a willingness to learn. A proactive mindset, practical DIY ability, attention to detail, reliability, and discretion are also essential.

This role does not meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa under the UK Visa & Immigration points-based system. We are therefore unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
