Associate Lecturer (Education Focused) - AO1547XXRS

Start date: 1 September 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter

Fixed term: Until 31 July 2028

We wish to appoint a fixed-term Associate Lecturer (Education Focused) within the School of History. The position will be held from 1^st September 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter to 31^st July 2028. You will be a scholar with a growing international reputation in the history of twentieth-century French imperialism and decolonisation, and a commitment to delivering high quality teaching. The successful candidate will be expected to be capable of teaching the subject to students from a wide range of backgrounds. 

Candidates should hold a PhD in a cognate discipline.
