The School of Physics & Astronomy is looking to recruit a Research & Innovation Fellow to make a leading contribution to the project “FLIM-Optiq: Lifetime imaging for cardiac functional assays”- an innovative fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM) system aimed at transforming cardiotoxicity screening in drug development working with Caroline Muellenbroich, Daniele Faccio and Clyde Biosciences Ltd. The successful candidate will be required to make a leading contributions to the innovation, translational research and early-stage commercialization activities. Candidates must have a strong background in photonics, multiphoton microscopy with a track record of the commercialisation of these techniques and make a significant contribution to the management and direction of this complex and challenging project as opportunities allow.
