As our Fundraising Support Placement Student, you’ll play an active role in exciting projects associated with the University centenary. From creating marketing content and helping with fundraising appeals, to working directly with supporters and producing donor reports, this is a chance to make a real difference and gain valuable professional experience along the way.
You’ll be joining a friendly, supportive and passionate team and your work will have real impact as charitable giving to the University supports students, research projects and the wider community too.
The University’s centenary provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fundraising campaign planning and delivery, donor communications and stewardship, digital and social media content creation, project coordination and using specialist fundraising platforms.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong administrative and organisational skills, great attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude. You’ll also be a confident communicator and be happy working with a wide range of people across the University.
This role is a fixed-term role from 1 Sep 25 – 31 Aug 26 (Placement year).
