About the role 

Are you an experienced and passionate Design Manager looking for a new challenge?

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced leader to join our close knit, in-house Creative Services team on a permanent basis to work on high-profile, strategically important marketing campaigns and other projects.

We are looking for an individual who can inspire creativity across the team and foster a positive culture of collaboration working alongside the wider Creative Services management team.

About you:

  • We are seeking a candidate with strong creative abilities and substantial experience leading a design team.
  • It's important that you are a strong conceptual designer, capable of developing a design idea from initial concept through to final artwork. You will have the ability to push creative boundaries and support other members of the team to do this also.
  • You will have a can-do attitude and extensive experience of dealing with stakeholders across a variety of levels.
  • You should have experience in developing and embedding effective processes to improve efficiencies across the team.
  • You will be an effective leader with experience of mentoring, supporting and developing more junior members of the team.
  • You will have a genuine interest in creative and keep up to date with the latest trends.
