We are seeking exceptional general practitioners with a strong commitment to medical education to join our Primary Care Education Group. Working alongside the Deputy Head and Head of Primary Care Education, you will contribute to primary care teaching throughout the MBBS course and serve as the academic lead for one of the following:

  • Digital health for primary care education
  • Simulation for primary care education
  • Penultimate (Specialties) year GP deputy lead

You will contribute to wider MBBS teaching, assessment, and selection activities as well as support the department’s ongoing innovation and scholarship initiatives.

 Key attributes of the successful applicants include:

  • Qualified general practitioner, on the performers list, currently engaged in clinical work as a salaried GP or partner.
  • Significant experience in teaching and designing educational programmes.
  • Track record of innovation and scholarship in medical education and an educational qualification.
  • Passion for high quality student education.
  • Strong organisational, time-management, project management, and communication skills.
