Richmond American University London is looking to appoint an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing and Communications to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will lead the University's integrated marketing, communications, and digital activities, driving brand awareness, student recruitment, and engagement with our unique dual UK-US degree offering.
As Head of Marketing and Communications, you will manage a talented team across key areas, including marketing, CRM, web, content, communications, social media, and design. You will oversee developing and implementing innovative strategies to support the University's growth, enhance its reputation, and deliver a seamless student journey from enquiry to enrolment.
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in a senior marketing or communications role, ideally in the UK HE sector, with a proven track of leading integrated marketing and communications strategies.
You will have expertise in developing PR strategies and managing media relations, exhibit strong communication and relationship-building skills, and effective communication with key influencers.
