At The University of Law, we are on a mission to shape the future of professional education. With our expanding academic portfolio, we are now seeking a Director of Psychology to lead the growth and development of Psychology across our campuses.
This is a pivotal leadership role, ideal for an ambitious academic with a strategic mindset and a passion for excellence in teaching, research, and student outcomes.
As Director of Psychology, you will lead the development, design and delivery of our Psychology programmes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality to meet the accreditation requirements of the BPS, innovation and student satisfaction. You will also lead on developing academic and employer networks and driving forward our performance against key sector metrics.
Working closely with the DVC Academic, you’ll help shape the academic environment for Psychology, from recruiting and developing talent to fostering a culture of research, innovation and engagement. Your leadership will be central to our vision of delivering an outstanding, career-focused student experience.
