We are seeking a full-time proactive and enthusiastic IT Technician to join our friendly team. The Cross School Initiatives Hub provides a range of professional services support to key academic programmes within the University's Academic Division.
Reporting to the Cross School Initiatives Hub Manager, the IT Technician will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries, helping resolve routine technical issues, escalating where appropriate, and supporting departmental users with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate would have experience of working in an IT related function, supporting customers in the use of IT systems and services. The right candidate would need to have solid working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Mac OS, iOS, Android and Microsoft Office suite. The role involves day-to-day contact with staff of different initiatives and requires the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. The successful candidate will be highly proactive and enthusiastic.
