About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, data-literate and customer focused professional to join the Faculty of Medicine at Imperial as an Admissions Coordinator. This unique and varied role will support the Faculty’s vision to attract diverse and outstanding students from across the globe onto our portfolio of world-class postgraduate programmes. Working closely with multiple academic departments at the forefront of medical teaching and research, you will provide a vital contribution to the Faculty’s sustained success and reputation as a global leader.
What you would be doing:
The Admissions Coordinator will join the Faculty’s Admissions team within the Education Development Office. An integral member of staff, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the Faculty to support our admissions activity, ensuring the delivery of operationally excellent processes and provision of a class-leading applicant experience.
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll take ownership of analysing applicant data to uncover trends, provide insights, and support strategic admissions decisions. You’ll prepare clear, engaging data summaries and maintain critical dashboards in systems like Excel, Power BI and I360, helping departments monitor and manage their admissions pipelines.
You’ll also handle a wide range of administrative requests from colleagues across the Faculty, ensuring outputs are timely, accurate, and actionable. On occasion, you’ll support the admissions journey directly — assisting staff with processing applications, advising applicants, and ensuring data is complete and accurate at every stage.
