Imperial College London is seeking a proactive and analytical Reward Adviser to join our Employee Experience and Culture Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued development of our Total Remuneration Package (TRP), ensuring it remains competitive, equitable, and aligned with our values.
As Reward Adviser, you will play a key role in supporting the Reward Manager and wider team in delivering expert advice, data-driven insights, and innovative reward and benefits initiatives. You’ll help shape policies that support attraction, retention, and staff wellbeing, with a particular focus on fair pay, family-friendly provisions, and informal recognition.
You’ll also lead on benchmarking, data analysis, and the development of dashboards to inform strategic decisions, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our reward offering remains sector-leading.
