Imperial College London is seeking a proactive and analytical Reward Adviser to join our Employee Experience and Culture Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued development of our Total Remuneration Package (TRP), ensuring it remains competitive, equitable, and aligned with our values.

As Reward Adviser, you will play a key role in supporting the Reward Manager and wider team in delivering expert advice, data-driven insights, and innovative reward and benefits initiatives. You’ll help shape policies that support attraction, retention, and staff wellbeing, with a particular focus on fair pay, family-friendly provisions, and informal recognition.

You’ll also lead on benchmarking, data analysis, and the development of dashboards to inform strategic decisions, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our reward offering remains sector-leading.

What you would be doing

  • Provide expert guidance on reward and benefits matters across the College.
  • Conduct benchmarking and data analysis to support pay reviews, audits, and reporting.
  • Support the design and implementation of benefit schemes and informal recognition initiatives.
  • Lead on family-friendly benchmarking and contribute to equality impact assessments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance communication and engagement around reward and benefits.

What we are looking for

  • CIPD qualified or part-qualified, with experience in a similar HR or reward-focused role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data management tools.
