The role
We are seeking to appoint a pro-active and well organised individual to provide professional administrative support to staff and students in the School of Engineering.
About you
Possessing excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, you will ideally have a background in providing professional administrative support to a broad range of people, ideally in a Higher Education setting.
We are looking for a team player with good IT skills and the ability to quickly learn a range of new systems. We are seeking a “can do” attitude and enthusiasm to be a team player.
You will be acting as a key point of contact for internal and external enquiries to the School, and therefore good written and verbal communication skills are essential to the role.
In addition to a competitive salary you will receive 25 days annual leave, with additional days for Bank Holidays and University closure days.
