About the Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator, who will lead the taught programmes team in the multiple areas required for the smooth running of the academic cycle. The role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of a responsive and accurate exam process. This will involve overseeing and administering module registration, examinations, timetabling and other quality assurance processes.
The role will involve maintaining strong professional relationships with stakeholders including students, staff, TATFs, External Examiners. They will work closely with the Education Manager within the School to discuss and agree on strategies relating to education for the programmes. This role will also manage the Education & Quality Officers.
About You
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have experience of managing teaching and learning activities or similar within Higher Education. You will have experience of managing teaching activities and programme management at either UG or PGT level within Higher Education.
Experience in developing and analysing policies and procedures is essential as well as the ability to inform decision making at a senior level. You will be a team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills who also has the ability to balance competing pressures, deadlines and complex demands as is the ability to manage a team in a fast-moving environment.

Staff in the administration office work on campus a minimum of three days a week.
