About The Role

We are a world-class provider of Executive Education, committed to empowering professionals to realise their leadership and career potential. As we aim to double our revenue in the next three years, we are seeking a committed Programme Sales Manager to drive recruitment for our growing portfolio of online executive education programmes.
The successful candidate will lead our Programme Sales Team and contribute to our ambitious growth strategy. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Executive Education Open Programmes. Leading a team of up to six Programme Consultants, you will guide prospective candidates to the most suitable Executive Education solutions, ensuring we meet and exceed our sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
You will have a strong track record in a sales-focused and customer-facing role, with the ability to build and manage relationships with executives and key external stakeholders throughout the full sales cycle. You should have experience managing teams in a consultative sales or business development environment, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills across various stakeholders. A solid understanding of sales and marketing, along with the ability to meet targets, is essential. Experience in Executive Education online programme sales within an EdTech would be desirable.
