In this role you will contribute to teaching, research, knowledge exchange, enterprise and business engagement in the Department of Engineering in the School of Computing, Engineering and Digital Technologies, as well as contributing to the wider School and University.
The post requires knowledge of quantity surveying and experience in teaching and assessing students at undergraduate and postgraduate level. You must be able to demonstrate contemporary knowledge and skills in this subject area. Some ability to develop curriculum materials including work-based learning would be desirable.
Membership of a relevant professional body such as RICS or CIOB is required.
The position we are filling is exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and a satisfactory DBS disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service is required as part of our clearance procedures.
