An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join the Department of Economics as Joint Programmes Coordinator.
This post is key in the coordination of the undergraduate joint degree teaching programmes within the Department, and in managing effective relationships with our partner departments to deliver an outstanding teaching and learning experience for all students.
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.
About You
You will be educated to A-level standard (or equivalent) with relevant administrative management experience in a higher education environment and a high level of IT literacy.
You will be a highly organised person, with an active approach to problem solving and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, combined with the ability to build and manage effective relationships (with both staff and students) are critical for this role.
