The University of West of Scotland are recruiting for a Placement Coordinator to join the School of Health and Life Sciences. Reporting directly to the Placement Officer, they will play a key role in student placements which will include co-ordinating the processes involved in placing students across all School programmes and to nurture and maintain relationships with key health boards, local authority partner and employers.
The successful candidate will provide a high-quality administrative service to colleagues in the School that are engaged in placement activity, thereby assisting in ensuring a high-quality student experience and creating a positive image of the School and University. They will be required to take a proactive approach and liaise with academic and external colleagues to ensure that all accurate curricula data is attached to each student on the InPlace student placement system.
