We are delighted to offer a new opportunity to join the Research Strategy and Funding Team in the Radcliffe Department of Medicine (RDM), as a Research Support Coordinator.
The postholder will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the prestigious Novo Nordisk – Oxford Fellowship Programme, which funds outstanding early-career researchers in diabetes, metabolism and related fields through postdoctoral fellowships based in Oxford. The programme has recently been renewed, and this is a particularly exciting time to contribute to its continued success.
As Research Support Coordinator, you will coordinate and deliver a range of administrative activities, including recruitment logistics, event planning, communications, travel and finance processes, and output tracking. You will help ensure all aspects of the programme run efficiently and to a high standard. In addition to programme coordination, you will play an active role in supporting wider departmental initiatives across the RDM Strategic Team.
About you
You will be a highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual, with proven administrative experience within a higher education, research, or similarly complex environment. You will have excellent communication and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and solve day-to-day problems with initiative. You will bring a flexible, proactive approach, enjoy working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, and be willing to take on day-to-day tasks with care and attention to detail.
