The Role

The School of Arts and Creative Industries is looking for an Assistant Professor in Product Design who will be principally responsible for developing and delivering teaching and associated work at our campus in Hainan, China, alongside Coventry-based duties.

The School of Arts and Creative Industries has a very successful suite of courses supported by excellent staff, teaching facilities and laboratories. The School is responsible for the development of a thriving portfolio of local and international teaching. The School has recently begun an exciting new collaboration with the Communications University of China (CUC), and we want to appoint an Assistant Professor who will be primarily based in Hainan.

You will be responsible for the delivery and support of learning, teaching and assessment, working alongside the Course Director in maintaining course standards, reflecting critically on teaching, implementing improvements, disseminating good practice, and contributing to quality monitoring and enhancement and to professional accreditation processes.

Qualifications

You should hold a post-graduate degree in Product Design or related subject, a PhD is advantageous. You are required
