Applications are invited for a Project Officer role at the Heat Pipe Research Group of Brunel University London. The overall objective of theproject is to deploy a solution system for the extraction of Geothermal Heat for the industry. The project combines various technologies such as Heat Pipe to efficiently, safely and flexibly extra geothermal heat from existing well. This project, coordinated by Brunel, will support all the cross activities occurring during the period, managing all consortium level activities and participate in the dissemination of project results.
The Project Officer is a key element of this project and will ensure that the project is delivered. The successful candidate will be managing the reporting, milestones delivery, administration and dissemination side of the project in addition to being the point of contact in the project under the management of Professor Hussam Jouhara.
The successful applicant will be joining the Heat Pipe and Thermal Management Research Group, led by the Professor H Jouhara, to work on the above-mentioned tasks/project. The successful candidate will also be involved in a broad range of theory, development and empirical work to support the scientific objectives. This role also includes attending project meetings and working with other European project partners on the relevant activities.
