About this role
The Student Data and Systems (SDS) service supports learning and teaching at UWE and helps enhance the student experience. The SDS community works together to join up our various business and system areas so that we do not work in siloes but contribute to a “Team UWE” approach to stewarding our student data and systems.
We now have a vacancy for a Team Leader within our Curriculum Infrastructure and Data team.
The Curriculum Infrastructure and Data team takes the lead for updating and stewarding our curriculum data across several key systems, including our curriculum management tool and student records system. This work contributes to the successful delivery of a range of activities across the student journey, ensuring that our curriculum data helps to support a positive student experience.
About you
You will bring your experience of service delivery within a complex organisation, along with the ability to take a leading role on information stewardship, reporting and documentation. You will use your management skills to ensure that team deadlines are met and that service enhancement is at the core of our endeavours.
In this role, you will be instrumental to the delivery of a seamless and responsive administrative service, ensuring high quality curriculum data across systems. Using your strong analytical and solution-focused skills, you will continually explore ways in which you can contribute to the wider student data governance agenda.
Working with stakeholders across UWE Bristol, you will be a good communicator who is able to build productive working relationships and work collaboratively to support the delivery of our services.
