At the University of Greenwich, we are making significant progress towards our mission of becoming the best modern University in the UK by 2030. We are a diverse community of 19,000 students, in the top ten in the UK for social diversity, with an international reputation for our research, which is making an impact locally and globally. In the last year we have made notable improvements in student satisfaction, graduate outcomes, and research quality and impact as evidenced by REF 2021.
Our community of alumni and friends are key to realising our vision to truly deliver ‘education without boundaries’ in multiple contexts. Our award-winning alumni and fundraising team are poised for a step-change in philanthropic support for the university.
This senior role will build robust fundraising capabilities while strengthening alumni relationships that directly support our institutional priorities and strategic objectives.
We are looking for a strategic leader who brings entrepreneurial thinking and strong relationship-building skills to this important role. With your commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, combined with excellent communication skills and a solution-focused approach, you will help us realise our vision of education without boundaries. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact at a university with bold ambitions.
