The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama places students at the heart of everything that we do. The School’s Student Centre offers support, advice and guidance to students and staff on all non-academic matters. The Student Centre comprises: the Student Advice Service (SAS), the Counselling Service, and the Disability Service.
Reporting to the Student Experience and Wellbeing Manager, the Student Centre (SAS) Administrator will provide reliable, high quality, professional administrative support to the student experience and wellbeing team in the delivery of Central’s pastoral care.
The role holder will gain an insight into the experiences and challenges from students across the entire portfolio of degree programmes. The role is fast-paced and diverse due to the nature of student experience and need, particularly in the area of wellbeing support.
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual with a positive and proactive approach to an ever-changing environment. You will possess strong administrative and organisational skills and a flexible, can-do attitude. This is a team-focussed role, so you will be able to work effectively as part of the team and independently. You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrable commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
