Specific Purpose Part Time Post (0.8 FTE) (anticipated duration 10 months)
UCC wishes to appoint a Lecturer in Nutritional Sciences at 0.8 FTE. The applicant will hold a PhD in Human Nutrition/Nutritional Sciences and will have demonstrable relevant teaching experience or evidence of teaching potential. Reporting to the Head of School of Food and Nutritional Sciences, the Lecturer will conduct teaching, research and undertake administrative duties appropriate to the post under the general direction of the Head of the School.

Appointment may be made on the Lecturer (Below the Bar) Salary Scale (pro rata): €41,685 - €71,735 (Scale B) / €43,732 - €68,260 (Scale A).
Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
