About the Role
As Pro Vice-Chancellor, you will provide strategic leadership across academic provision, research, and knowledge exchange within the Faculty of Business and Technology. You will drive performance and foster innovation, ensuring the Faculty remains at the forefront of educational excellence. A key part of your role will be to represent the University on regional, national, and international platforms, enhancing its profile and influence.
You will ensure the Faculty’s compliance with all regulatory frameworks and uphold the highest standards of quality. Additionally, you will play a vital role in shaping educational policy and contributing to national conversations around skills development and higher education reform.
About You
An experienced leader with a relevant postgraduate or professional qualification, your background includes a substantial record of senior leadership within complex organisations, ideally in higher education. You have a proven track record of delivering impactful student experiences and outcomes, underpinned by a deep understanding of the higher education landscape. Your experience includes leadership in degree apprenticeships and transnational or online education. You bring a strategic mindset, a collaborative and inclusive leadership style, and a strong alignment with the University’s values and mission.
