Head of Student Recruitment

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive promotion strategy together with the Marketing Office;
• Promote the academic offer across the EU and beyond, both digitally and in-person;
• Supervise and contribute to relevant content creation (brochures, presentations, etc.);
• Enhance on-site communication tools and channels (website, landing page, and social media content, etc.);
• Oversee the student recruitment process, from application, through student selections interviews, scholarship allocation, and campus onboarding, using available CRM tools;
• Oversee the further development of available CRM tools, as needed;
• Develop long-term strategies to increase applications and student quality;
• Manage and oversee alumni relations in collaboration with relevant offices;
• Lead the office team and manage assigned budgets.

Qualifications and competencies

• University degree in Communications, Marketing, European Studies or related fields;
• Ideally minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience;
• Strong track record in communications or student recruitment;
• Excellent communication skills in English and French; other EU languages a plus;
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills;
• Familiarity with European higher education and EU affairs is a plus;
• Willingness to travel.
