Summary of the role
An opportunity has arisen for a Semi-Skilled Building Maintenance Operative based on the Streatham Campus. This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join a small team of operatives supplying a high level of service. This new full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Mechanical Team Leader, you will be a member of the operational team working alongside other maintenance operatives in the Electrical & Mechanical/Building & Structural Services. Estate Services is responsible for the planning, safety, provision, adaptation and maintenance of buildings, grounds and associated services and for the development and maintenance of the University’s estate.
