UCA is looking to appoint an International Recruitment Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with people from all over the world.
As an International Recruitment Assistant, you will support our global recruitment activity from responding to enquiries and organising events, to coordinating student ambassadors and providing essential administrative support. You’ll also have the chance to help deliver online and on-campus events and work closely with colleagues across the university to ensure every international student receives a warm and professional welcome.
This role would suit someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a customer-focused mindset. You’ll need to be a strong team player who’s also confident managing your own workload. Some UK travel, evening and weekend work may be required to support key recruitment events.
Full training will be provided, including opportunities to develop your understanding of international student recruitment, CRM systems, and the creative industries.
We welcome applications from all backgrounds. If you’re excited about supporting international students and growing your career in higher education, we’d love to hear from you.
For an informal conversation regarding the role please contact Seyi Agboola , International Recruitment Manager at seyi.agboola@uca.ac.uk

We are also home to a thriving research hub, with academic experts and fellows leading the way in research on sustainability, design, textiles, animation, history and culture, and more.
Are you ready to share your passion for creativity with the next generation of innovators? If so, we want to hear from you.
