Greenwich Business School is hiring three student-focused Faculty Employability Advisors to support our mission of improving graduate outcomes. This new role is central to our employability strategy, working with the Associate Dean Student Success, Faculty Employability Lead Tutor, academic teams, and the University’s Employability & Apprenticeships Directorate to embed employability into the student experience.

About you:
You’ll have experience supporting students in higher education or similar settings, with knowledge of the graduate labour market. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in career development, academic skills, or student support—especially those experienced in mentoring, workshop delivery, or supporting underrepresented students into skilled graduate roles.
