Applications are invited for the post of Senior Research Associate to join the School of Engineering, Mathematics and Physics to work with Dr. Chris Birkbeck on a project to link the L-functions and modular forms database (LMFDB) with Lean's Mathlib. This ambitious project will contribute to the formalisation of mathematics, making advanced number theoretic concepts accessible and verifiable within a proof assistant environment.
