One of the largest Colleges within the University of Oxford, St Catherine’s, is seeking a Librarian on a fixed-term basis for six months to oversee the forthcoming move of 10% of the main library collection to its new temporary home, whilst refurbishing works are carried out in College. Following this, reporting to the Fellow Librarian, the postholder will be responsible for all aspects of the library's day-to-day administration and management.

This role would suit an experienced Librarian wishing to gain experience in unforeseen planning and action. The successful candidate will be positive and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills, and experience of working in a busy Library environment.

The annual salary is £34,132 pro rata, comprising 35 hours per week.

We offer a generous leave allowance, parking on site, free lunch whilst on duty, free use of the College gym, and travel season ticket loan.
