An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data and Administrative Assistant to undertake data and administrative duties to support the Recruitment and Outreach events team and deliver a strong customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll focus on providing support to a number of recruitment and outreach initiatives, handling large data sets to measure impact or gain insight as well supporting a number of Outreach projects and their delivery, including arranging travel, answering queries and work on events. You will also assist in the procurement of equipment, monitor and maintain finances where required and support new starters.
You will have 5 GCSEs at Grades A-C (including Mathematics and English) or equivalent qualifications or experience. Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to manage a varied workload in a high paced environment. Previous experience in procurement processes and budget management would be advantageous.
This full-time post is available from 22 September 2025 on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
