Christ Church are recruiting an Assistant Manager to join their Christ Church Gift Shop.

The successful applicant will be a hands-on team player who enjoys working as part of a small team, striving to get the best out of everyone and creating a happy and successful place to work

We are looking for someone who will support and work closely with the Shop Manager to maximise the performance of the shop, supporting with all shop operations from stock to recruitment. The Assistant Manager role requires someone who will take the lead and be responsible for all aspects of the shop management

Salary: University Scale Grade 5 (currently £31,459 to £36,616 pa)

Permanent, 40 hours per week (working five days – Tuesdays to Saturdays)
