About the role
The postholder is expected to lead the strategic and operational coordination of space and room booking across the academic, commercial and cultural spaces in the Schwarzman Centre for the Humanities.
You will also be expected to play a key leadership role in developing booking methodologies, and resource allocation to support efficient, equitable, and creative use of space across the building.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will have strong analytical and organisational skills, with high attention to data quality and detail.
You will also have significant experience in space/resource or events planning, including oversight of scheduling or booking systems.
