Richmond American University London is now seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive Interim HR Business Partner to join our HR team during a period of organisational change and transformation.
The HR Business Partner will work closely and report into the Head of HR to deliver hands-on operational HR support, including employee relations, workforce planning, and HR operations. The successful candidate will be a skilled HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced and complex environment, ideally with experience in higher education or a similar sector.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of strategic workforce initiatives while managing operational HR processes across the full employee lifecycle. You will be confident in providing expert advice to managers and staff, managing sensitive employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with employment law and University policies.
We are looking for an individual who is highly organised, adaptable, and able to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day HR operational support.
