Do you want to be part of a national network supporting the delivery of health and care research across England? Are you able to effectively engage and influence others? Do you have working knowledge of the services and study support offered by the RDN to customers?
As Study Planning and Placement manager you will be responsible for managing the Research Delivery Network’s early study support services for customers. This will include coordinating the processes at a national level, across the NIHR and with partner organisations UK wide. You will enable customers to utilise study planning services that showcase effective recruitment and follow-up strategies for studies by incorporating national best practice and digital approaches and sourcing specialist advice from clinical and setting experts. You will also enable customers to utilise study placement services to identify sites from across the system, providing access to insights from national datasets and intelligence, to help customers find suitable research infrastructure in line with study populations.
This role will be based in the RDNCC office on Queen Street, Leeds. We work in a hybrid way with an expectation that all RDNCC staff spend at least 40% of their time in the office. We are also open to discussing other flexible working arrangements.
