Working Pattern: Shifts will alternate between the times of 6am to 10pm on a flexible basis, to cover staff absence. This will include working weekends and bank holidays to support a 24/7, 365 operation

We have an exciting opportunity in Accommodation and Commercial Services (ACS) for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and is enthusiastic and self-motivated.
The role of Customer Service Flexible Assistant is a key role in supporting students, staff and visitors. You will need to have a customer focused attitude with the ability to offer advice, support and general information to a wide audience. The role will involve working at the customer services reception desks both at Ranmoor and Endcliffe along with handling telephone and email communication.

Training and Quality are at the heart of the ethos of the Department, for which we employ a dedicated Head of Training and Quality. The role will involve a flexible working pattern and will be eligible for alternating shift allowance payments. Shift will consist of the following timings: 06.45 - 16.45 and 11.15 - 21.15 to support a 24/7 reception cover.
