The Role
Evidence and Evaluation Officers play a vital role in generating and synthesising evidence on what works and developing resources to support its translation for policymakers, commissioners and practitioners.
The role primarily contributes to the Strengthening Families, Supporting Children programme – a flagship initiative with three large-scale evaluations of distinct social work practice models. This is a rare opportunity to support high-impact evaluations that directly inform national policy. You’ll join the project team, working closely with other Evidence and Evaluation Officers under the supervision of a Senior Evaluation Officer. You will also support commissioned evaluations.
About You
The role requires strong research and professional skills, including communication, initiative, and the ability to engage diverse audiences. A master’s in social science, public health, or a related field—or equivalent experience—is essential.
