The role
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our institution as the Head of Department of Business. The role holder will lead, develop and manage a portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, ensuring alignment with Ravensbourne’s Corporate and Academic Strategies. The successful candidate will drive innovation, ensure alignment to industry, and meet key performance indicators linked to our excellence and growth agendas.

You have significant experience in higher education leadership, with a strong background in managing academic programmes and teams.
You should possess excellent strategic planning, project management, and people leadership skills, with a commitment to teaching excellence, student experience, and quality enhancement.
Commercial experience in the business sector or related industries is essential.
