This post is full time, and has funding for up to 24 months, with the possibility of being extended by a further 12 months.
The James Watt School of Engineering is looking for a Research Associate to make a leading contribution to the ongoing research in optical wireless communications and sensing. The role requires expert knowledge in information theory, optimisation theory, physical layer design, machine learning, and their applications to wireless communications.
The successful candidate will also contribute to the formulation and submission of high-quality research publications and proposals, and will help manage and direct a complex and challenging project as opportunities allow.
