The UCL Global Business School for Health (GBSH) at UCL East campus is an innovative business school in preparing future healthcare leaders to disrupt and reimagine global health systems. About the role

The successful candidate will lead the School’s dedicated MBA Careers provision, including for students studying, or alumni who have studied, UCL MBA Health and the UCL Executive MBA Health.

You will also be responsible for delivering all the Careers Consultant elements aligned with the MBA programmes, in order to support students through their careers journey, to achieve both their immediate and long-term career ambitions.

About you

The ideal candidate requires the ability to build and sustain professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including academic staff, students and the wider UCL Careers Team, therefore communicating effectively both orally and in writing is paramount. You will also need to have a high level of confidence, experience and a global perspective to be able to effectively relate to the senior executive-level MBA students, as well as experience of coaching individuals through career changes/transitions.
