Research and External Engagement (REE) is a new integrated service dedicated to driving forward the University’s ambitions for, research, innovation, skills and enterprise. About the team
The Enabling and Digital Team will be at the forefront of shaping digital transformation, process improvements, and automation that empower the entire service to innovate and thrive. Your expertise will contribute to a forward-thinking, dynamic, data-led environment that constantly seeks better ways of working and greater impact.
About the role
This role will support committees and governance meetings throughout the service, feeding into the University’s governance structure and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. Not only will this role attend the committees, organise papers, support minuting and ensure accurate records are kept, it will also be at the forefront of digital and process innovation – working out how we can use technology to streamline every single process within this role.
About you
You need to be someone who is details focused, professional, confidential and able to understand a broad range of subjects. You will need to be able to critically review the processes being used and design new processes with a digital first approach using the skills and expertise throughout the Enabling and Digital Team.

This post is based at our lively Frenchay campus where we have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed.
